How does it work?
This tool helps you be aware of any problems you might encounter at a rental in New York City.
While you’re browsing for apartments, the extension icon will turn red if there are cited 311 complaints in the apartment address. You can then click on the extension to see the history of complaints. If the icon turns green, it means there are no complaints about that address.
Our app is powered by NYC Open Data, so you can get the most accurate data about the rental.
